STANDARD SHIPPING:

  • Orders typically arrive within 2-6 business days after shipment (excluding Sundays and holidays).
  • Your order will ship from our US warehouse via a trusted courier partner.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • During peak seasons, we recommend placing your order early to avoid potential delays.
  • Someone will need to sign for the delivery upon arrival. You can designate an alternative recipient (neighbor, colleague, etc.), but Glutaweiss INC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once signed for.
  • Report any shortages or damages to customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER:

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS with tracking information once your order ships.
  • Allow 24 hours after dispatch for tracking details to be available online.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Shipping costs for expedited delivery options (if available) will be displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

  • We are currently only accepting online orders for delivery within the US.
  • We plan to offer international shipping soon and will keep you informed.
